We had our trampoline for a little under a year before a few post bent and it was unusable. I contacted ZUPAPA support and they had amazing response time and great customer service. Not only are we getting the part needed to enjoy the trampoline again, but in a timely manner so we don’t have to wait weeks on end. Five stars all around!
