Customer service from Zupapa is amazing and on such a personal level. They are considerate and respond quickly. I had issues with my credit card not allowing the charge so my purchase was delayed to a time when the sale ended. Zupapa honored the sale and sent the trampoline right away. I gave it for Christmas so haven’t opened it yet but I am confident all will be well and if not, I am sure with their great customer service so far, they will be on top of it. Thank you!
