I purchased this trampoline for my grandsons for Christmas. It was late arriving but with all the transportation issues these days it was not very late. The customer service representative, Mandy, was on top of everything each step of the way. One bracket was damaged. Mandy was willing to replace it right away no problem. Mandy kept in touch to make sure all was well. The trampoline is good quality and fairly easy to assemble for this old girl and her daughter. The children are enjoying it.
Again, customer service has been superb.
