I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness and prompt response time I received when I reached out for a replacement piece for my trampoline. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that all of my questions were answered. She was very thorough so that she could ensure that the proper piece was replaced and that I was happy with the product overall.
