We purchased this trampoline in 2020 and loved the higher weight limit so it could grow with the kids. It’s how 2022 and because of a hurricane, the trampoline was flipped, bending all of the support poles for the netting. We contacted Zumpapa and they responded quickly, replacing all of the poles that were bent at no cost. I would recommend this brand to anyone just for the customer service alone.
