GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have a Zupapa 12' Trampoline that I bought on amazon over a year ago, and when a bad storm bent 3 of the safety net poles, I e-mailed customer service and got an immediate response. Cicely was an amazing customer service representative and FedEx'ed new poles that arrived within a couple days of initiating my claim.
