Although we had some issues with delivery (our box 3 had gotten lost in shipping), the customer service was excellent. I was a little skeptical at first because there was no phone number (only email), but Betty returned each one of my correspondences by the next day and they shipped me out another box 3 without hesitation. Great customer service!
