About two years ago I purchased a 15 inch trampoline from Zupapa through Amazon. Within the first year we had a wind storm which destroyed the trampoline. I reached out to Zupapa concerning how I could get parts to repair it. I sent an email to Zuppa and there representative Yummy work with me to get the parts that I needed for size trampoline that I have. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for replacement parts for their trampoline.
