The quality of our trampoline was what I expected as it was recommended by a friend. This is a more expensive trampoline than others but it is definitely of a higher quality and looks great. We had damage to a part after a storm and the support team of Zupapa was so helpful and responsive. They even provided the parts needed for repair free of charge even though the damage was not their responsibility to replace. I wish every company stood behind their product like Zupapa!
