The trampoline that we order last fall had a few issues with some of the materials for setup. I contacted Zupapa, and they 1000% took care of us with the trampoline. It was a process due to the weather getting the correct parts, but every time I had a request, they responded immediately and the parts were at my doorstep within a week. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!!!
