Zupapa Is fantastic. Betty was remarkable and helped me every step of the way.
One of the ropes on my trampoline wore through, and my trampoline was out of commission.
I contacted the Zupapa website and asked if it was possible to replace it, and she said yes. I then asked if it was possible to replace all 6 ropes, since my trampoline was 2 years old, I'd like the tension on the ropes to be even. She said all I would have to do is pay the shipping cost. So it all worked out, I'm using my trampoline and it feels like a new one. Thanks Betty!
