Everything with Zupapa has been excellent! The trampoline is awesome, my daughter loves it and bounces on it every single day. Assembly was not too tricky and the instructions were clear. The little tools that were included really made a huge difference. And We had a few messages back and forth with the customer service team and Jasmine was absolutely excellent!!!
