We have had our trampoline for 3 years, and we still absolutely love it! Zupapa has amazing customer service! They respond quickly to emails and are very willing to work with their customers. We are very impressed with how they continue to stand by their product and offer replacement parts at a reasonable price when needed. I highly recommend Zupapa. Our trampoline is still in great shape, but when the time comes to buy another one, we would definitely stick with Zupapa!
