Big Shout Out to Jasmine for World Class Customer Service! I ordered a replacement net and spring cover to refurbish a 12' trampoline that had deteriorated in the sun. The warehouse shipped incorrect parts. Jasmine to the rescue! She worked tirelessly to get the right parts shipped and she stayed o top of everything until it was resolved to my satisfaction. Truly impressive!
