Ordering: did ALOT of research on trampolines and this brand seemed to have the most reviews and most at higher rankings which gave me confidence. I was also looking for one that supported most weight capacity (we have multiple kids). What I really noticed however was how many reviews commented on the great customer service, and that is what ultimately made me go with this brand over others I was looking at. I would agree, so far customer service has been prompt, personable (not robotic) and helpful. Worth it!
