We have had a Zupapa 15' trampoline for about 5 years. Though the product has been great and met expectations, this review is mostly for the customer service which is AMAZING. We live in a really windy area and have had to replace bent poles several times. They have always either sent us new ones for free or for a very minimal cost (basically shipping cost) and very promptly. We highly recommend buying from Zupapa!
