Ordering a new net from the site because our kids and weather destroyed the old one. Customer service was great! Jasmine is a rock star!
Sidenote: When paying, it seems sketchy because they ask to pay via paypal. Not the best route for a business payment, but, stick with it, because your goods will come in any event.
