Zupapa probably has the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. I live in a windy area and have had to replace bent poles several times. Each time it's been very easy to order new ones and they charge me almost nothing for them. Doria helped me this time and as always I felt valued as a customer. If anyone I know is looking for a trampoline I always tell them to go with Zupapa.
