“Ordered a watch before xmas, had me thinking it wasnt going to arrive so contacted the store- great service and quickly provided me a tracking number- post man had apparently to attempt my delivery.... but i had been in the entire time and left NO card. Had it not been for the quick service id be without a gift for xmas. many thanks!!!!!!!!!!!”

“phoned to check that the 2 watches i wanted were in stock, i then placed my order online on the friday and received them on the saturday morning. very happy with the watches and the service. lady on the phone was also really helpful i will be back”

“Ordered online on Sunday afternoon and in my hand Tuesday morning. Called and spoke to them on Monday to confirm the item was in stock and would be with me on Thursday and was told it had already been dispatched. Appreciate that there are some poor experiences here but for me it was possibly the smoothest and best online transaction I have ever made. Thanks - I will be back.”
