Placed my order, did not say out of stock, apparently it is. Still waiting for it for a present in a couple of days. Shocking service, take your money but you don't receive item

AVOID!!! Waiting over 2 weeks for order, despite stating in stock. Taken money out. Won't answer emails or phone calls. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered a watch on the 1st January 2018 - no mention of item not being in stock - email rec'd telling me they are awaiting delivery and I would receive the watch soon. 16 days later still not received item they now do not answer emails or telephone. Would NOT order from these again. Awful customer service

Doesn’t deserve one star ordered and paid for my item beginning of December. I still haven’t received my order or a refund, they never answer emails or the telephone terrible way to run a business

I ordered and paid for the item via PayPal. (£52.50). AFTER paying a message appeared NOT IN STOCK. I emailed them and I was then assured this was dispatched to me on 8th December. It’s never arrived and they blamed the Royal Mail. I asked numerous times for a tracking number..with no response at all. They then said they’d refunded my payment.........I’m STILL waiting for my refund!!!!! What a way to run a business

Wouldn’t even give it one star! Still waiting on my order I ordered on the 11th of December i tried contacting you first time you replied I’ve wrote to you twice since that and heard nothing back. The charm I ordered was in stock when I ordered it checked a week ago was out of stock now on your website it’s back in stock yet I’m still waiting for stock on my order yet you have the cheek to take my money straight away i want it resolving and my charm sent out and I will not be ordering from here again.

Also forgot to read reviews before placing an order, resulting in an awful experience from Ellie James. I ordered for next day delivery of a watch that is labelled in stock and after 2 days, I read online reviews of customers experiencing long waits and delays in their order, so I messaged them to ask about the status of my order. Good thing I did as someone called Ash replied saying the watch is not in stock and "truthfully I can’t predict what, or when [suppliers] will send us our orders, I can just confirm that we have this on order from them." So not only have they taken my money but have no plans or real idea of when they can dispatch or even receive the stock, great!! Awful company, tried to blame it on Christmas being a busy time (at time of writing it is 28th Dec so Christmas rush should be over) but their competitors seem to manage well. Do not recommend to anyone!!!

Goods ordered in November. Payment taken. Still waiting for my items. Had a refund for some items not all. Just keep getting fobbed off with excuses that they have had a big order and are sorting it. Christmas presents that never arrived. Why take payment for goods you don't have???? I could of bought elsewhere..... Never had this service buying online before. Will NOT be buying from you again. Disgraceful service!

Item never arrived. Supposedly despatched for delivery? on 5th December! Contacted over the past few weeks and just told to wait, as post is bad this time of year! No response to my email sent 3 days ago and no answer from their shop phone! What a joke!

Absolute disgrace. Item never arrived for Christmas as promised and no correspondence received. Now they tell me that the refund will take up to 5 days to sort which leaves me without a Christmas gift. They did not even apologise. Shocking customer service . I will never buy from them again

Ellie James took payment knowing that my item was not in stock but still promising next day delivery, item still not delivered 4 days later, someone named Ash was full of promise and i would get it for Christmas, ( not a chance now ) l have never used Ellie James before & will never again, i just wish people could be honest with customers & i could have shopped with a more professional jewellers, wish i had read reviews sooner, at this time of year i would wish you a merry Christmas & a Prosperous New Year, for you go bust in 2018.

Ordered a bangle for wife's Xmas, only opened parcel on 22/12/17. Had it delivered to parents home. However to my horror whenever I opened the box there was absolutely nothing in it, despite parcel being sealed on arrival. Have now sent 2 emails, no reply so far. Attempted to call number on invoice, no answer! Beginning to think I have been scammed here and lost my money. So unfortunately at this time I would not recommend Ellie James.

Ordered item with Special next day delivery for an extra £15. As I was staying in a holiday cottage I needed item before Christmas and without Wife knowing. Even got up early to await arrival as not knowing when item would arrive. 9am comes and goes. Email and ring store. Spoke to Ash blames a female member of staff by believes item was posted as normal post even though he admitted posting it! After I rang again, he confirms it has been posted as normal. So awaiting refund if postal charge and no doubt the item as I won’t be in cottage when it is delivered. Rubbish customer service and no doubt post items whatever customers pay and hope they don’t notice making extra money. Also want to bet this is followed by glowing reviews!!??!?

Their website said the item in the size I wanted was in stock so ordered it. The day after I get an email saying they are waiting for stock. I rung 1 week later and they told me they are getting a delivery but they don't know if my item will be in it. No apology whatsoever so I cancelled the order, asked for a refund and got the ring elsewhere. My wife's Xmas present, this company will happily take your money even if they don't have the goods in stock as stated on their website. Never again will i use this company

Poor poor poor service!! Bought item, stated in stock online, only to be told it wasn’t. Took 12 days to restock and dispatch, after 24 days still undelivered and no reply from #elliejamesjewellery.co.uk after 5 queries for delivery tracking. Never again, buyers beware!

Don't ever purchase from Ellie James Jewellery! Placed my order over Black Friday weekend and only received the package yesterday 19/12 after several rounds of chasing for updates. They still managed to send me the wrong items, emailed to notify them about their mistake and am yet to receive a reply. Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this store!

I ordered a bracelet as a gift for a friend and needed it in a hurry so i paid extra for next day delivered before 12. However this did not arrive in the given time, around 12.30 a card was posted through my door stated it had been taken to the post office for collection the next day as I wasn't in. This was not the case, they didn't even knock the door and it was clear I was in as my car was on the drive. I emailed Ellie James and asked them to assist by trying to track the parcel, as this was urgent, however they ignored my message and I had no choice but to go out shopping to purchase another gift. I have since contacted Ellie James and requested a refund including postage. However they have advised that this is not their responsibility and that I will have to claim it back from the post office. They have also advised that I have to go and collect this bracelet from the post office to collect this bracelet, wasting mt time and money and then return it to them before I can receive a refund! I will be contacting trading standards and my bank to take further action. The response was rude and unapologetic, terrible customer service!

Why didn't I read the reviews before placing my order???? Order placed Dec 7th emails sent and no response, now I have read the reviews I guess I will speak to them, that's if they answer the phone, and ask for a refund. Will not use this company again

DO NOT purchase from this company! same thing has happened to me from what others have stated and i am still awaiting for my refund and I am being ignored by the emails I have sent regarding my refund it has been well over the normal time for a refund to be credited back! please please do not waste your time and money in shopping with this company!
