“Signs we had made turned out great, but dealing with their support, pricing is all over the place. I'm pretty sure they operate other websites. This is one of those companies that have discounts all over and spam you with emails once you give them your email address. Seriously, how many signs does someone purchase on a regular basis? With the way they email you, you would think you need to buy signs every other day. If you are purchasing from them, I would suggest looking for a coupon offer and give them a junk email address so you don't get constantly barrage with emails.”

“Terrific quality signs. Excellent design assistance put professional touch on layout. I have had 4ft x 8ft signs posted on prperties for 5-6 years and they still look great. Propertly mounted these signs will stand up against almost any weather conditions. My customers in Real Estate like the looks of them, too.”

“The sign was just fine. The Frame was not very good. Got it up, but was not stable. Storm came though a few days laster and blew the sigh out and broke some of the PVC frames.”

“Knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Gladly sent a replacement when I ordered the sign with the wrong orientation at a discount. Truly appreciate all of the help. Only problem was the thickness of the sign was too thick for my frame. I am not a sign expert, so I did not know to question that. So I had to order another sign, yet again, from someone else so that it could be installed into my existing frame. That said, I would consider buying from 1800TheSign again becasue of the fast, friendly service.”

“Have placed multiple orders with 1-800-The-sign over the past several years. They have always been very helpful with design(s) and suggestions. One time I did have a problem with a delivered sign and they immediately fixed it and sent me a new sign, no charge. Would definetely recommend.”
