“The design process was painful but after the 4th or 5th revision they got it done and shipped it quick. ETA was accurate and fast.”

“Pretty decent experience, I would say it was slightly expensive and the design portion was difficult. Their design tool is - old and difficult to use but using their team also didn't result in what I wanted due to not understanding. I would use again but mock up your own sign and send them screen shots and double check spelling and changes asked for because they didn't double check their work.”

“End caps were broken. Called customer service, which was quick to send out replacements. Sign legs of different sizes are an issue. Customer service just stated it's on the website & they do that to save on shipping cost. 4 stars for customer service quick to fix the broken parts issue. 1 star for the frame kit.”

“The sign was just fine. The Frame was not very good. Got it up, but was not stable. Storm came though a few days laster and blew the sigh out and broke some of the PVC frames.”

“I needed to order the top and bottom pvc rails that hold the 8’ sign into the vertical sign posts. The rails were.8’ long which is too short to fit the ends into the posts . I needed to trim each end of the sign to make it fit. Otherwise very satisfied. Cartwright Ellis”

“The sign arrived with no damage and in a timely manor. Im not sure what you recommend for cuts in folds. I used a exterior multi purpose repair caulking then put colored duct tape on face of sign to not distract From wording. Seems to be doing well and will last for some time.”
