“Sign was missing frame pieces and the posts provided were different. We had a handyman make it work and add some parts. The sign itself was what we ordered and looks great.”

“Not as good a quality as I would like. The print is fine just cheap material for the cost. Also, they never seem to be the actual dimensions I order. I had to have it in a pinch so whatever it worked. Order was confirmed and paid for over the phone then I did not receive so I reached out by email to reconfirm and get it sent. Delayed my listing.”

“Sign was scratched, and Paint worn off when I opened it. Also, when the sun hits it, it bows really bad probably just the material. Not sure that could be blamed on the sign company. Also, I told them I wanted the post that went with it and they even sent me a picture of one with the post but when I got the sign, it had no post.”

“I have not got my order yet. I just checked the updated status of the order and now it says I won't get it unitl thursday afternoon! DELIVERY DATE: Thursday 06/18/2026 Estimated between 10:50 AM - 2:50 PM IN TRANSIT Delivery updated KERNERSVILLE,NC I only clicked on the poor review due to the delivery time..........I am still waiting on my signs!”

“The sign posts buckled and were not able to be installed. The sign itself became damaged from trying to slide it over the posts. Customer service was prompt which was appreciated. However the sign seems cheaply made and was ultimately unable to be used.”

“A little disappointed with the transaction. The price was excellent compared to local sign companies, but there were compromises. We recieved only half of the base, actually we gor 2 of the same side of the base. But, the way the assembly works we had to call in twice once we discovered that there were multiple errors with our order. Really set us back on our plans at the ground breaking. The base and frame are very good quality. The sign itself is split it two. Which would be fine but the two halves do not smoothly connect leaving a noticable line down the middle.”

“Signs we had made turned out great, but dealing with their support, pricing is all over the place. I'm pretty sure they operate other websites. This is one of those companies that have discounts all over and spam you with emails once you give them your email address. Seriously, how many signs does someone purchase on a regular basis? With the way they email you, you would think you need to buy signs every other day. If you are purchasing from them, I would suggest looking for a coupon offer and give them a junk email address so you don't get constantly barrage with emails.”

“The quality of the sign leaves much to be desired. The coating is very easily scratched and the design color is incorrect. I also do not like paying so much money for a sign to have 1-800-the-sign written on the bottom.”

“The sign portion of my order was decent, but they shipped two completely different sized sign posts. When I called their customer service line, I was greeted by a rude woman who told me that they did that to cut down on shipping costs. She also said that it was advertised as such, which was not true. After arguing with her for a good 10 minutes, she finally realized that the website had a misleading description of the sign post dimensions. Only then did she offer to send me a new, correctly sized, post at no cost to me. No kidding? Gee, thanks! I would expect any company to make it right "at no cost" to the customer. Never going through this company again.”

“I ordered some simple overlays in dark brown, unfortunately, the color on your website and the actual color delivered were not close, I received a dark olive color and was unable to use the overlays.”

Hi Joseph, the way our signs fold and then lock back in to position was the original innovation that allows us to ship large signs nation wide at a huge discount. If installing a 4x4 on your own posts, you can request a horizontal fold (opposite of our standard vertical fold) that locks the sign in place without our decorative frame kit. I hope after seeing the benefits of this innovation you will try us again.

Hi Brian, there must be some kind of miss-communication, our price, quality and speed is unmatched in the industry. If you are ordering large quantities (over 20) of the same 1-3 color sign there are better ways than digital printing to produce those products. We are dedicated to finding the best solution for our customers even if that means not using our digital print method.
