“As always 1-800-The-Sign.com was exceptionally easy to work with. They immediately understood our request and promptly provided a PROOF for our approval. We had a slight mix-up on our end which resulted in a double order of the same sign. When I called to see about cancelling the 2nd sign it had already been moved through production, but I was told a credit would be issued to our account. The following morning I received a call letting me know the 2nd sign had been cancelled. I greatly appreciated the extra steps taken on our behalf, especially when the error was on our end.”

If I need it tomorrow and order on time (or even close to on time) I will have it tomorrow. When I speak to them on the phone, it seems like I am their only customer. “Fast service, beautiful signs. The first time I ordered a sign (48" square) I was shocked to see it was delivered a day later. By saving the template, I am able to modify my sign to identify a particular feature for each parcel of land. Sign costs are reasonable and the fast delivery is a plus.”

“Everything was perfect. We paid extra for expedited shipping (2-day) and it ended up taking 4 business days, but I could tell from the tracking info that FedEx was the reason for the delay.”
