Very poor quality parts specially suspension parts which have bushings. I did order complete front suspension and non of bushings last a year. I lost my money and replace with dealer items. Do not buy any thing form A1 Auto it will be complete waist. Bushing quality they have is so cheep that does not even last on bicycles.

Your trq mds solenoids are sub par and I will NEVER shop with you again I bought 4 mds solenoids for my charger and they had to tear my car down a second time to replace 1 of your brand new solenoids because it failed immediately. Thanks for nothing!

💩 company!! I spoke to customer service. Gave vin # for brake pads and rotors. They sent the wrong parts. I contacted them and they stat we need more info now. After they verify the wrong parts were sent. Now they won't exchange or take the wrong parts they sent back. Stay far away from this company. They do not know what they are doing. They take your $ and run. Just go to local auto parts store for the extra couple bucks. Now I'm sitting here with all 4 rotors and sets of pads that are wrong and out over $250. A1 AUTO PARTS/ TRQ PARTS ARE 💩

Bought 6 coils for a 2002 Pathfinder within a month all 6 went out. I had to buy coils at a local store and had no more issues and 1A auto parts refused to replace the parts nor give me a refund

The window switches they sent didn't match up, I ordered the correct ones yet now they're refusing to pay for the shipping back. And previously I ordered sway bars and the bushings didn't fit right, so they wore out in less than two months I had replace them costing me another installation fee. I'm definitely unenthusiastic with the situation.

Did not get full refund when I returned the parts. The parts 1A auto sent me did not fit my car.

Ordered parts online, "guaranteed to fit", however when I received the part and began to put the part on, it physically wouldn't fit - no way to even begin installing the part. A call to their customer service resulted in them discovering that they had sent the wrong part (for the next year of vehicle). I agreed to ship part back (at my expense), but never received a refund. When I called to ask about a refund, I was told the part appeared to have been installed, so there was no refund. As I said, the parts they sent me, were the wrong parts and physically could not be installed, in fact, they physically wouldn't fit and were never installed. I was told to wipe the parts down (no smudges or finger prints) and send it back, so I did. Still no refund. It makes on wonder how their warranty service works and makes me very skeptical of ordering anything from them again.

Horrible experience. Stay away from these clowns. They don't know what they are doing. I ordered an A/C condenser and they send me one that was missing the studs guide holes. They strongly refused to admit their mistake and refuse to provide with a partial refund. They even send me a label to be paid AT MY COST, either by me paying for the postal label or me paying out of my pocket....for their mistake. So folks, stay away from these people.

I bought a set of TRQ brakes and rotors for my 2016 Mazda CX-5 from 1aauto. Everything looked good on receipt so I installed them following a good 1aauto video. Within driving 200 miles I noticed my gas mileage was deteriorating. When I took off the brake pads I found that they had 'chunks' missing. As I need this car I went to local car parts store and bought new brake pads. After installation mileage was restored. I contacted 1aauto and was told they would not refund my purchase as I had installed the brake pads. Having no confidence in their parts I wouldn't have wanted their parts nor would I have been able to wait to ship the defective pads back, have 1aauto inspect them, and then ship me replacements. Maybe local auto parts stores cost a little more but they would have replaced their lifetime warranty brake pads on the spot.

Ordered front end suspension kit 10 part set and they would not warranty replacement said the shop would have to give print out of every part that was defective and why... The shop I went to is just a regular old school shop they don't give print outs of what's wrong they only tell you what the issue is. They were supposed to send an email that I was to attach the service document from the mechanic BUT THE MANAGER NEVER DID I CALLED BACK TO TO TELL THEM THEY NEVER SEND EMAIL TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! I will never order parts from this place again.

Ordered a break kit for my 2013 Audi A4, did the front breaks just fine, had the back breaks broken down on one wheel and was going to put the new pads on when I noticed the anti vibration clips they sent looked nothing like the ones I pulled off, they were the wrong ones. Had no choice but to go to a local Audi dealer and get the correct clips as the ones I had pulled off were so rusted they cracked. When I complained and asked to be compensated for the locally sourced clips (which Audi charged $92.50 for) they just gave me the run around, saying there was no issue with the equipment they sent (even though I sent photos of the 2 clips side by side showing the difference). After complaining repeatedly they finally reimbursed me $22.07, will never do business with them again.

Zero customer service. Zero part knowledge when you call customer service. Then don’t follow through returns and fight the matter and lie . Do not give this company your money

They refund when products go bad but recently bought brake pads that lasted a month. Pad fell off metal backing and damaged the rotor. They won't cover the rotor per their policy.

I bought new struts from 1a auto inc in November, 2021 (5 months ago) for my wife's Honda Pilot. She only drives on regular roads and highways, and does not do any offroading or anything besides normal driving. She was driving on the highway on April 5th, 2022 when one of the struts broke in half. Luckily no one was hurt in the process. She had to get her vehicle towed to a local mechanic. They said they have never seen a new strut break like this in all there years as mechanics. The cost to replace the broken strut is around $500, not including a $150 tow bill, and rental car costs for my wife to get home and have a vehicle to drive. I asked 1a auto to do the right thing and only pay for the cost of replacing there broken strut, which they refused. Upon further investigation, I realized 1aauto.com has over 60 BBB complaints for defective auto parts that fall under normal driving conditions. 1aauto knowingly sells defective parts that fall, and could lead to potential injuries/fatalities.
