They also provided misinformation and tried to mislead me which is proven by screenshots by saying there was a throw in at minute 45 then they said they counted a canceled throw in at minute 25.
I gathered the video footage of each throw in in the game.
1xbet team claimed that there was an additional throw in at minute 45. Once again I submitted a video recording of the whole minute of 45 proving that there was no an additional throw in. They refused to review the official source saying that they do not need to recheck the official statistics.

According to 1xbet team the throw ins occurred in different time and different total number without providing clarity and timestamp in seconds. They kept procrastinating and terminating the chat without any help. They first asked for a video link for the match replay and then timestamps for each throw in which I provided in seconds and through a video recording and then they asked for an official source which again I did but it was all in vain because I received no explanation nor transparency.
