Reasonably straightforward to book online and not much more than train re cost, much easier journey overall thanks to this company. Very professional and clean vehicles, lovely drivers. Four instead of five star rating because I was uncomfortable with the way-over-the-speed-limit of the journey from the Midlands to Heathrow. In hindsight I should have told the driver so. Would recommend.

Nearly always on time, however when long haul flights arriving early, the driver needs to check arrival times, as they often land around 5am, earlier than scheduled, which means I end up waiting 30 mins. It's becoming repetitive. Please also remember to bring a board with name on it, as there are a lot of drivers waiting outside costa.

We felt the size of the car that came to pick up five adults was quite small. We weren't expecting to have to put someone in one of those drop down seats in the boot beside the luggage. We were all quite tall, so the fit in the back was a tight squeeze. Other than that all was good. Drivers were pleasant, although the level of English in the driver on the way out wasn't great. We had to pick a key up from a local shop before getting to our destination, and he didn't understand what we were trying to say to him. Drivers were punctual and pleasant. Thank you.

My overall review would have been very good but the last time i used the service, d driver left d airport after waiting for 45mins after the pickup time and the controller and driver where requesting an extra 20 pounds on top of the rate to come back and pick me when I called (50mins after pickup) to find out where the driver was. That I find not acceptable for a very good customer like me that has used the service so many times.

Dear Stephen, I did investigate the situation with our driver it it seems that there were a few things that were not very clear in the beginning and that is why the things didn't work out exactly the way we were ell expecting. Indeed, this booking was cancelled as a "no show". You have booked this reservation including 25 minutes after landing. The flight landed at 10:25 that time. The pick up was supposed to be made at 10:50. The booking was cancelled later on at 11:50, as the policy for the airport pick ups is that a driver must wait inside one hour after the customer's requested pick up time. Upon your request we can send you an email with the tracking logs for this booking along with the driver's parking ticket. When you have called to ask about the driver it was too late as he was already gone. This is the reason why an extra fee was asked by the controller on duty, so it can cover the driver's expenses. As far as we have understood, you did not agree with these charges and it could not be provided another car. We are extremely sorry for how this situation turned out to be for both sides, specially knowing that you are a regular customer. Hope this clarifies what happened. Despite all the situations occurred during this transfer we are willing to maintain the good collaboration established with you over the time and we hope that this incidents will not affect our collaboration. Hi Did hesitate between Good and Very Good. Have always been satisfied by the quality of the service (drivers punctual and very polite, clean cars ...), often travelled with you and would recommend you to my friends. Only one issue encountered so far when you changed quite lately the driver without letting me know while my plane was late (no way to join the real driver, as I did not have his mobile, who was waiting on the parking for us instead of at the agreed meeting point). We arrived at LHR 45 min early and called 247 to see if perhaps we could be picked up earlier (since they track flights) but the driver picked us up at the originally planned time, which was fine. The driver was courteous but we were disappointed when we found out he wasn't aware that we made arrangements in the booking to spend some time at Leeds Castle on the way to our hotel in Canterbury. Had I not mentioned it to him, we probably would have missed it. He didn't have the postal code even though I included it when I made the reservation (though the address didn't show up on the printed confirmation--maybe a glitch in their system). I confirmed in an email a few weeks earlier that a stop at Leeds Castle was okay to do for an hourly charge. It took a while for him to figure out how to get there as he was unfamiliar with the area. On top of that, he hardly spoke or understood any English. We were rather discouraged as this all took extra time. Then once we were on our way everything went better. We got to Leeds Castle and he waited there for us for two hours. Then when we arrived in Canterbury he stopped at an ATM so I could get cash for the transfer. He was a good driver and everything turned out fine after a little rocky start. We also used 247 for our transfer from Dover to Windsor. That driver spoke good English so we were able to communicate and have a nice chat with him along the way. He was also courteous and friendly. A negative thing about the transfer was that when he arrived at the cruise terminal he waited in his car for a while before getting out to look for us. He said he wasn't sure if the ship disembarked because there were hardly any people out there but he must not have realized it was a small ship (684 passengers) and they have staggered disembarkation so there would not have been a lot of people out there. It really would have been nice to come out of the terminal to see someone standing there with my name on a sign rather than having to walk back & forth, asking the terminal workers if they've seen someone from our transfer company. One other thing that bothered me was that the drive through the beautiful English countryside of Kent would have been so much more pleasant without hearing the awful techno music playing on the radio. I really thought he should have asked if we were okay with the music. I didn't say anything because I thought it probably helped him get through all the driving he does. He did let us know that he could make a stop for us if we needed one (i.e. bathroom break), so that was nice. This company did have some of the lowest quotes for transfers and they will get you from point A to point B but there might be some glitches along the way. It seems that their drivers might not have a wide range of experiences. I do recommend them but just be a little flexible.

I was happy with my driver this time. I am a client since September 2013, but unfortunately the previous 2 rides have not been very good. But thanks to the professional behaviour of the driver I decided I will keep the account open.

We did not have a contact phone number or a phone that works in UK when we arrived at Heathrow airport. It took us a while to make sure that the driver was not around. But when we finally made contact, we met the driver in no time. We were transported to our flat. He was helpful and courteous. Hi, I would have put very good if I was able to book using either your web-site or your app. Unfortunately, both seem to be half finished, so I waste a lot of time sending emails for booking and doing bank transfers for payments. When are you going to get them fixed?

Email confirmation of driver details and pick up received at time of arrival only. Booking form has a bit of error where numbers of passengers cannot be filled in and therefore you book a saloon car it is assumed 4 passengers

Use them since years 5/6 times every year. Always reliable and on time, easy to access website for booking (where I can see the history of my travels), attentive customer care and good cars. Very often got in a bigger car then the one booked. Only issue is at Heathrow pick-up where they do not have a parking company subscription so cars are sometimes delayed as drivers need to pay waiting there for themselves.

It was very nice to have a fixed fare confirmed at the time of booking; no more worrying of the fare meter ticking up while being stuck in the traffic jam like in a black cab, nor worrying to be confronted by a demand for the unseen extra if I used a usual minicab.
