I paid the excessive fee for overnight delivery and 48 hours later received an email that it had shipped... still don't have the part and was unable to complete the project as a result.

I ordered a product on 9/14, you took the money out of my account on 9/15. It is 9/18 and the order hasn't gone beyond "Shipping label created". Which meansd it hasn't made it to a USPS station yet/

I typed in my model number and the part i received didn't work for my mower. I went back to make sure i didn't type it wrong and it still was showing the wrong part. i went to my local John Deere dealer and they had exactly what I needed.

Made a purchase for $92.40 , two days latter the same purchase was on sale for $70.40. I requested a credit for the difference, no response .

They got me on shipping. The part was cheaper than Amazon, but twice as much after shipping. I didn't see the shipping charge until the final bill, maybe I missed it, but I never saw the amount until I was charged.

I misunderstood the product. Thought it was 1/16 and came in 1:32. Do you have a 1/16 4440?

Parr is defective. Is a tractor lug bolt with extra metal remaining where the bolt seats against the wheel rim. REally easy to see. Completely unacceptable. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate you guys as a zero

The only reason I use your company to order the drive belt was to keep from having to drive. Understand the belt is more expensive to begin with but what bothers me is the fact that he charge me additional $10 so I could get it faster between three and five days when actually it took six a lesson well learned. Now you want to ask me in a survey who made the delivery rhino I wasn't here you should know who made the delivery
