I searched for the part I needed using the model of my zero turn mower. There were many options that came up. Had to call to determine which was the correct part. The parts person was very helpful and the part I needed has been delivered and installed. The search for a specific part could be somewhat easier.

Very easy to navigate the website and place an order. I already had some part numbers, but had to use the website to look up others, and the process was pretty straightforward. Gettng the parts shipped out was very quick, and they shipped out either the same day or the next day. After that, things slowed down a bit. I placed two different orders for several parts, almost a week apart. Two of the three parts on my second order arrived within a few days, ahead of the three parts I had ordered the week before. A quick call to 247 Parts had everything straightened out quickly: the initial order would be delivered the following day, and the "missing" part from the second order was shipped out immediately with a two-day delivery. Excellent response by the team on the phone call (Peyton). Both of my online orders were met with a confirmation email to let me know the parts had shipped, along with a link to "view the status of" my orders. Unfortunately neither of those links worked; rather, I received a message saying the requested URL was not found on the server, whatever that means. I also was not able to find how to check the status of my orders or track my orders anywhere on the website. I don't mind calling to get this info, but I'm sure there are many people who would prefer to do this completely online. I also noted and completely appreciate the 247 Parts videos on YouTube - what a great resource to help people install the parts they get from you. I think if these minor issues can get straightened out, you will have a real top-notch website. Nothing I experienced, however, would keep me from using 247 Parts again in the future. Great work folks, and I look forward to ordering more parts from you in the future.

My z325e was brand new , delivered, and parked in garage when I noticed the deck was 1 " lower than the other, I needed the gage cause I had 3 blades instead of 2 now. It was here in no time everything turned out great

I received order promptly and accurate! I ordered from picture on website which fuel filter shows made in Israel My filters are made in china! You should update pictures Will live with it!

After the next rain, I will be using the aereator for which I bought the part referred to above. the part is an add=on for my John Deere zero-turn mower. I have to wait foer rain to soften the ground in that our sub-division is on a clay and field rock base. I have tried to remove all rocks I can see and sure to find more when I put the aereator to work using the hitch I ordered from247 Parts. As to the hitch, The directions are limited. The hitch bracket is one piece, almost. There are two brackets that muset firset be attached to the Mower--but do not remove the existing engine guard from mower. The drawing is a bit deceptive, so dread carefully. A previous rater said he had to remove the rear tires to permit installation. I agree on that, but it is not in the instructions. The notice as to the knives being sharp--heed that warning-- use old work gloves to put over each knife that is in the current work area as you move through the project. As per instructions--disconnect the ground (red) lead to the battery, but remember to reconnect the lead at the end of the installation. The directions drawing is not clear as to the (illustration) for hanging the pulling bracket--the bolt holes go up. But attach the hitch bracket onto the pull bracket before mounting the pull bracket to the mower. Once together, it is an awesome machine--but clay soil and many in-ground rocks are not your friends. A well engineered tool but read the instructions carefully.

The wrong parts were shipped I ordered air filters for my John Deere and you sent oil filters. After a couple of phone calls the air filters were sent out and a rerun authorization was emailed to me to send the oil filters back which took time and gas to get them to a UPS center. A little closer attention on the front end would have eliminated the problem.

My oil filters and 6 quarts of 10W40 oil arrived on time and I’m happy with the price. There was a little leakage with a couple of the quarts but not a significant amount and it didn’t cause any damage, although I might be hesitant to order oil in the future (hence 4 stars instead of 5).
