“I found Sid online, glad I did. He fixed two personal computers for me today and did so in a very professional and personal manner. He quickly diagnosed what need to be done and worked within my availability to care of the matter. He took the time to call me back twice to be sure everything was working to my satisfaction- highly recommended.”

“I had a particular file that I could not remove. After two days of searching and following instructions on the internet, nothing worked. I searched around on the internet, found Sid's website, read the reviews and decided to give him a shot. Glad I did. Price was very fare and it only took him maybe 20 minutes to delete the file that I could not. Found he was very honest and straight forward, as well, he had a great sense of humor. “I came to this website by doing a google search. It was not my first choice, my first choice was geek squad but it turned out to be too expensive for me. So I went searching. I found other places and was guranteed a call back but none ever came. Granted it is Labor Day and a holiday however to remote pilot to someone's pc should have been an easy fix. Not quick, but easy. So I expected someone to work on the holiday. I needed this pc fixed today as I work from home and my pc is my life. Sid was excellent. He was knowledgable, fast and reliable. He also didn't make me feel foolish for asking questions. And he worked until I was satisfied with the finished work. He was also reasonably priced. I will not only use him again, i will recommend him to anyone who asks.”
