“The jumper was as seen on the site and felt like good quality. But I washed the jumper once in a 30 wash like all my other items and the jumper has shrunk it now lives in my g/f wardrobe.”

“placed an order before black friday, after about a week with no email or anything about tracking number, i had to send an email on the 8th day to request the purchase to be cancelled, all the sudden i get a response the next day stating one of the items i purchased was out of stock, mind you this was only after i sent an email, i then decided to change one of my orders, this was after the black friday deal, when my order was received, i had to return the item i changed to as it didn’t fit for a refund only for the customer service to tell me that items bought on black friday deal does not qualify for refund but only voucher, the item i choose to replace what was out of stock was well after black friday deal, i sent an email to them and up u until now no response, been like 3-4 weeks now. Poor customer service, hardly or never respond to emails, the good thing is that i would never be coming back to buy anything from them (304) again, my advice to everyone is avoid if possible.”

“The website is ok however 304 rarely meet it’s obligations in respect of delivery. It accepts the order and more often than not 70% of the items are out of stock… so they take your money and then don’t refund you for ages and that’s when you’ve chased the long overdue delivery. Not impressed.”

“I ordered a tracksuit for an Xmas present in the Black Friday sale and I cannot believe the quality for the money! So much so I’ve ordered another set for his birthday. The sizing is generous communication is great I’m very pleased with them.”
