“Very good service. I was kept informed regarding my purchase all the way through the service. The delivery time was accurate. The delivery was great, the delivery men were very polite and professional. They gave us information regarding return policy if the items were faulty and were very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this service.”

“Easy to order. Goodchoice of delivery dates. Bought Dyson DC50 at the best price I've seen anywhere. Delivery made before time slot. Will definitely look at using them again.”

“Delivery was timely and the personnel were great. I had paid for the disconnect, connect and removal service and was really pleased with the installation - although I was a little perturbed later to find the packaging had been left outside my door! Nevertheless I'm delighted with my new dishwasher.”

“Delivery was on time and delivery man called ahead as promised and was polite and courteous. No issues or hassles. I would suggest you review the delivery time emails though. I received six in the space of 5 minutes and 2 SMS messages so couldn't be 100% sure on the final delivery time. Wasn't an issue for me but could be for other people. Also the email says you have to mid day to cancel but the delivery was scheduled for 7.00am. Really didn't cause me an issue but just some feedback that may help you avoid issues in future. Thanks.”

“Excellent service.Your driver was spot on time and being early morning was able to my normal day activities without the waiting often incurred. Your man did everything expeditiously as I reported by email on wed 3rd December. A very good jobdone at a very early time.”

“Goods were delivered as stated - delivered on time and with all the promised pre-warnings, including a call from the pleasant delivery driver giving a 20 minute warning. It makes life much easier when you know when to be available to receive goods. Excellent service.”

“Delighted with the speed between order and delivery. I was given a 7-9am timeslot and delivery was made at 7am - impressive as the item left Leicester and was delivered in Darlington. My only grumble is that I didn't receive a phonecall half an hour before delivery was made, but this has not detracted from the service.”
