“Cant fault the speed of service. Whilst redecorating I decided to put my size 12's through our 10-year old halogen hob. We decide to update our new hob to Induction and decided on an AEG model. We ordered around 3pm on Friday and parcel was delivered 9.50am the next morning. How impressive. I even got a courtesy call from the driver saying he could be 10-minutes earlier than planned if that was convenient - thank you and all your team. Will recommend and definitely use again.”

“Excellent oven. Comes with 2 wire Shelves and one baking tray with with wire shelf. Manual is more like recepe book but quite good. Installation is easy but expertise is essential. The oven light is nice and bright and oven front glass is very clean and clear. Interior is very large. Gets hot very quickly. Have not used much but I am loveing it.”

“I placed my order for a new Hoover oven on Thursday 13th of Feb and booked a delivery slot for Sat 14th between 11am-1pm. I received a call at 11.30 informing me to expect my delivery in half an hour. Arran & Michael arrived promptly with my lovely new oven, unpacked it and removed my old one. Excellent service will recommend 365 to my family and friends and will definitely my first stop next time I need home electrical items. 10/10”

“I ordered my fridge on Thursday and chose Saturday as my delivery date. I received an email Friday evening to let me know my delivery time slot for Saturday . I received a telephone call 30 mins before it was due to be delivered. Within that 30 minutes it was in my house and my old fridge taken away. Excellent service!! I know where I will go for any more electrical appliances I may need in the future.”

“i have no doubt that we could have found this chest freezer at another retailer and at a similar price but we believe that no other company can compete with the overall package that came with this company, quick and free delivery, friendly and helpful delivery driver, comprehensive information on every aspect of the purchase, detailed and accurate time of delivery and kept informed in real time of everything we needed to know. We now know where to look in the future whenever we are going to buy any electrical appliance. First class in every way.”

“I spent some considerable time researching which washing machine to buy, but then needed to find someone who could supply it fast and at the right price. 365 Electrical took my order on a Friday and delivered the machine at 06:45hrs on Sunday. My tenant [for whom this machine was purchased] was thrilled - she has 4 children, between the ages of a couple of weeks and 6, so a washing machine is a lifeline. 365 Electrical had the stock, the price was the lowest online, they advised the day before what 2 hour time slot they would deliver within and they turned up exactly as expected. On arrival they even told the man in the house what to expect [water in the machine is OK, don't forget to remove the bolts etc]. Dream experience. Top marks to this company!”

“Ordered a new chest freezer and it was delivered at 9am the next day by 2 pleasant and efficient deliverymen. They carried the freezer to the required location in the garage and we were up and running with a freezer full of food by 1pm. The price was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommended.”
