“I ordered from 420 because they were one of the few places with US shipping that had some Ace Seeds varieties in stock. While I was there, I got some other strains too. I spent about $120 total.
The website states without qualifications that US orders are shipped from an office in New York, so that is what I was expecting. On the Ace Seeds only, when I added them to the cart, they said that these will take longer because they have to ship from the UK. I thought that meant that they were shipping from the UK to New York, then to me. It didn't!
What actually happened is that my entire order was shipped directly to me from the UK, both the Ace strains and the others. They were ALL removed from the breeders' packs, the only guarantee of quality, and placed in clear ziplock pouches with the strain names written in marker, then put inside an unrelated item. They call this "stealth" shipping, and it is to get the item through customs. I did not want any of that nonsense and would never have ordered if I knew it wasn't going to be above board like a normal seed order.
Also, even if they were going to ship the Ace seeds from the UK, why did the ENTIRE order have to be removed from the breeders' packs and shipped from there too? Why couldn't they have shipped the rest of it from New York as advertised, in the original packaging? That would have upped this to 3 stars probably.
All in all, I spent $120 on a bunch of mystery beans that may or may not be what I thought I was buying. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience.”

We understand why this was frustrating. While we do have a US fulfilment centre, only selected breeders are stocked there. On our website's Breeders page, we list which breeders are shipped from our New York office (typically 1–5 days) and which are shipped from our UK office (typically 7–14 days). As your order included Ace Seeds, which are fulfilled from the UK, the entire order was dispatched together from our UK facility, as we're unable to split orders into multiple shipments.
All of our seeds are supplied to us in their original breeder packs. For international shipments from our UK facility, the breeder packs are carefully opened and the seeds are repackaged using our stealth shipping process to help maximise the chances of successful delivery through customs. We appreciate that this may not be everyone's preferred option, but it is done solely to improve delivery success for our international customers.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand your disappointment. We'll certainly take your comments on board as we continue looking at ways to make our fulfilment and shipping information even clearer for future customers.

“With just a quick peek before they joined my genetics stash I can say the 420 seeds are the closest to what i saved from back in the day. The 420 beans were darker in color and also have the tiger stripes or black spots. If memory serves the fat dark with tiger stripes or spots were the keepers. Ive bought from a few other places and i will honestly say their seeds would have been tossed out. tiny, white no black markings, immature seeds. Yes they grew but a fat mature seed produces a strong healthy plant. Theirs fell short. When time comes to sprout the 420s ill return with some updates. 9.5 0f 10 will bu8y more unless the Fed messes it up.”

“Hi , just finished my third batch of gorilla g4. Everything went well up to flowering. Buds were growing well at six weeks. Added big bud to help them along. At 8 weeks I flushed them to prepare for harvest. At six weeks the buds didn’t increase in size very much. All dried and cured now. Very disappointing the quantity I got. Thinking to go back to white widow. I had good luck with that years back. Any thoughts? Thanks for you time.”
