“I’ve had zero problems with the gloves. My problem lies in the cost to ship to Canada. I get it’s expensive to ship to Canada but that fact that every add on increases my shipping price by 10-20$ when they are shipped together doesn’t make sense. For example I purchased a glove and glove locks. Shipping of just the glove is 40 but with the glove locks shipping was 60 yet they came in the same package.”
“Unfortunately, the laces in my son’s glove broke 4 days after getting the glove. I reached out to support and the only solution was they offered me $25 refund for me to go get the laces fixed myself. With the cost of the glove and shipping to Canada, I was not impressed.”
“The glove feels nice. The one thing I was a little disappointed with is the leather fading significantly on the fingers. The thing is fine but the fingers have a significant fade already. I’ve even tried to use conditioner.”
“I learned about 44 Pro from a friend who plays college baseball and purchased a custom glove. I inspected my friend’s glove and came away impressed with the craftsmanship of the glove. I reviewed the 44 Pro website and reviewed other online reviews. I developed a favorable impression and decided to contact 44 Pro with questions about the process. The representative I contacted answered all questions to my satisfaction. The overall service experience was excellent.”
“Glove we bought didn't fit my son, and 44 Pro wouldn't pay return shipping. So we essentially ended up paying $15 just to try on a glove. Pretty disappointing.”
“The options for creating a truly unique mitt are absolutely astounding and satisfying, particularly for those of who are a little older, pre-custom internet based ordering. My 11-year old son was very involved in the process and has enjoyed his glove immensely. Would like to see the price(s) come down a bit, please? My guess is that you would attract even more customers. Prices for sporting goods are too high, killing access to sports participation for far too many. Much like tickets to games!”
“Waited so long for my glove to come in just for it to rip in my first throwing session. Really did not expect a brand new glove to start to tear where the pocket is in the FIRST time using it.”
