“Lace on a custom Pro 44 broke after less than 3 months of use. Have filled out the forms to initiate a warranty claim on their website multiple times but have gotten no response. Have used the general email form, too. Per the warranty, this should be covered -- if we can ever get a response. Meanwhile, we have a nonfunctional glove in the middle of spring season. I cannot recommend buying from this company.”

“I purchased a glove in early October 23' and was promised a glove in 5 to 6 weeks. Mid January 24' and still no glove and cannot get anyone on the phone. Just recordings and told to go to the chat feature which is useless. Don't pay them until you receive the glove.”
