“Leather hasn't broken in after 3 months of regular use. Thinking the grey custom dye has compromised the leather making it perma-stiff and preventing it from ever getting fully broken in, which totally stinks.”

“I normally don’t write reviews, but I think there are things that need to be said. The glove we ordered (and returned) was supposed to be a youth. When it finally arrived, it was HUGE! It fit my husband’s hand. So sizing was def off. All of the strings where so lose, even when tightened, the mitt was still so far apart. I would say customer service was terrible, but there is no customer service. When you spend as much money as these gloves are, you should be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Emailing (only option) customer service is a terrible way to try and communicate with a company. We are glad they ended up refunding us, so after SEVERAL emails, we did get the end result we wanted. I would not recommend this company to anyway.”
