“The leather quality is good, but the construction is inconsistent. The other thing is that I had asked them to make modifications to my 2nd glove after receiving my first glove woth some disappointment, to which they outrightly replied "no" depsite having heard from someone else that they had done it for them.
I would be hesitant to order again even though the price point and customization options are good.”
“Very stiff and impossible to break in. Sent an email with issues about the glove and was told nothing could be done because it was a custom glove. Part of the inside of the glove hurt my sons hand. Nobody seemed to care about that either”
“Horrible. My item got lost in transit and I waited over 10 weeks for them to just cancel. I needed this glove for tryouts for my baseball . Didn’t make the team bc I didn’t have a good glove. Not worth the risk.”
“Leather hasn't broken in after 3 months of regular use. Thinking the grey custom dye has compromised the leather making it perma-stiff and preventing it from ever getting fully broken in, which totally stinks.”
