“I have been shopping with 6pm.com since 2011. I absolutely love the variety of shoes for my shoe size which is a size 11 and in some shoes a 12. I prefer genuine leather shoes only and they also have a good variety of leather shoes. The speedy shipping is puts the icing on the cake, especially when you have last minute plans and you find something you want, then 2 days later it's delivered. If you need to return items, it will cost you, but I rarely have to return items because I know for the most part which brands fit me better.

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with 6pm I placed an order for a jacket that I was very excited about for my child. However, the order was never delivered. Upon attempting to log into my account, I discovered that it was blocked.
I emailed your customer service but received no response. When I called your support team, I was informed that my account was blocked without explanation, because I was new customer. Prior to placing this order I researched the company saw it was connected to amazon. I was further told that my order had been canceled, the item was no longer available, and my account was subsequently unblocked. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a government employee, I take reliability and customer service seriously, and I believe others should be aware of such practices. I will be submitting this matter to the Better Business Bureau for review.”
