“I complained that my wife had been electrocuted by a faulty transformer/charger unit. A token reply was received and no further concern was offered. My wife was thrown across the room and suffered severe pain - no concern by 88vape. I have photos of the defective charger and three witnesses including myself. They sent me an incident report form, which I returned, but nothing heard since. This will be the same. I have no complaints about the products other than the charger unit, but am severely disappointed by the customer service.”

“I have been using 88vape liquid for a over 3 years now ( sweet strawberry), but on the last order the liquid taste was different not the usual taste. I have 25 bottles of e-liquid i think they going to be trashed”

“As previously stated on another review i didn't like these. I didn't like the taste, they didn't last as long as other brands you stock and they made me cough not something i have experienced from your other brands. These were supposed to be a freebie for a previous review but you sent me the ones i didn't like. So although your customer service was great in listening to my comments what wasn't great was sending me by way of compensation the very same items i didn't like.”

“The charger unit came apart in my wife's hand as she tried to withdraw it from the socket. Her fingers touched the innards of the unit, she was electrocuted and thrown across the room. Could have been fatal if she had had an underlying health condition. Complained about this, had a limited response despite filling in a report sent to me through a link. Customer care is clearly not an issue. Still buying coils though 'cos I've got 2 pens.”

“Sort out your coils!!!! Do you even do a product quality check as atleast one pro coil in ever batch of 3 burns out in one day or just doesn't work at all. The vape pen below the Pro is also useless. The battery it comes with is that week, even after charging to full its like smoking fresh air!!! Seriously! Your product quality and reliability needs looking into. Even for the low price its not fit for purpose let alone good enough to put on the market.”

“Been using this company for several months but have finally lost patience with them even though they are probably one of the cheapest companies around. Often find the CE4 clearomizers bubble, leak and last only a few days and now having been sent 2 defective batteries in the last 2 months, which the company wont accept are faulty, I've given up with them.”
