“Love the cabinet. The best flatpack experience I've EVER had. It looks fantastic and I can't fault the quality. I did experience a failure within 48hrs of the "Magic Eye" IR unit, but Frank Olsen Customer service sent a replacement immediately via 1st Class post and everything is now working perfectly. I couldn't be happier.”

“Items arrived well packaged (3 boxes), ordered on a weekend and was delivered on the Tuesday. Units easy to assemble (this was two separate units joined together) so use the instructions for joining multiple units. I was missing one screw in the hinge (this was already in a unit piece so wasn't missing from the bags with screws in), so contacted Av4home to let them know it was missing and that I would try to get one from a local store, they said they would get it sent out to me which they did and it arrived next day (was good as it was a machine type screw and nowhere local had anything similar). Great customer experience will definitely use again.”

“I fell in love with this table but it was so expensive. I found it on AV4Home and was surprised at the price, so bought it, along with a desk in the same range. OMG, it is ridiculously easy to fix. There are only four parts: the top, the shelf, and the two legs. It took less than 15 minutes to open the box and fix the table! Why can't all furniture be like this?! And to top it off, everyone who's seen the table has complimented it really highly! It's really excellent quality and looks three times as expensive! One thing I would say is that it's quite heavy, as it should be, which adds to the quality. It's easy to move on a wooden floor, though. If you haven't decided, what are you waiting for?”

“All i can say is if your thinking about buying a Charles Taylor wooden garden swing, dont go anywhere else. Excellent service from start to finish, we were kept informed all the time and the delivery chap was on time and assembled it in about 30 minutes. All i can say is brilliant on all counts.t”

“Despite a bad surprise when product delivered (very heavy furniture requiring 2 people to assemble, which was not mentioned in the product description), AV4Home (Paul) said they would be happy to help me if I could not assemble the cabinet. They called me the next day to check how things were and if I needed help. Fortunately I got it sorted.”

“I ordered two pieces of furniture fromAV4 As l was going away on the day they offered to deliver they asked me a delivery date convenient to me and the goods arrived on the day l chose Exactly as they said. I was delighted with the furniture but there was a slight flaw on a particular piece of glass. I phoned about this and would like to mention James Davies who dealt with my problem immediately and had everything sorted in a few hours. I then received another call the next morning from another pleasant lady to say the replacement glass would be delivered to me the next day if that suited me So therefore l consider their customer service excellent I have had horrendous Customer service in the past with another company and found AV4 a delightful change from previous experience and as l said a special mention for James”

“Excellent service from AV4Home. Love the desks (Jual Helsinki set) - well made and go together easily, looks as good as the photos on the internet but also sturdy and well up to the job. Chose this design because the keyboard shelf is actually wide enough for both mouse and keyboard with plenty of space for both unlike many modern computer desks. A well thought out design. Have already recommended AV4Home to others.”
