“Bet 365 was very disappointing today. I had a multi going and my cash had vanished the last 2 games left. On top of that I had a win on my third last leg and once the game had finished which it won I did not receive a green tick or a red tick until the whole multi had finished which was 2.5 hrs later. Later the agent which name was Cheryl F. asked for a confirmation FOR A COMPLETLY ANOTHER CARD WHICH I NEVER USED.
When i told him that he was wrong and I didn’t use that card, he apologized and was acting like nothing happened, although he tried to scam me.
They’re trying to prolong everything and make you quit by asking all kind of documentation so they can scam you and take the money for themselves.
