referring to my statement I was charged £12 for non payment on my account.. This was because I was charged for accepting increase in credit. I did not request or accept this and eventually got a refund. I told you to leave the increase in payments to save any further admin. I am now getting messages that I have defaulted again. This is because you have changed my payment to £26.65 instead of £26.75. this could impact on my credit score and is not my fault as YOU have to put this right.
