“Ordered 5 days ago and contacted customer support who said the order would be dispatched on Monday. End of Monday and still has not been dispatched. After reading the reviews for gameseek I don't think Ill ever use them again. I'm sure the blaster is awesome if I ever receive anything! Sites very buggy too.”

“Placed pre-order for Wii U Zelda Breath of the Wild and paid extra for release day delivery. Received email after 5.30pm day before release date (so I could not talk to them to complain that day obviously), blaming Nintendo for not making enough copies (total lie as all High Street stores had stock the following day) . I easily managed to get a copy off the shelf the next day. Took two days to reply to complaint email and cancellation and refund I made. Got an email on late Saturday stating it was being delivered, and received item Monday pm! (having paid extra postage for prompt delivery!). To get refund I had to return at my own cost, enclosing bank details (very dodgy practice). This company takes your pre-orders and money for stock they are not assured delivery of. Avoid and shop elsewhere.”
