“Very good customer service and very fast delivery”

“Gameseek.co.uk regularly have reasonable game prices, for a short time they were the cheapest around but it seems since a certain success point that they have stopped being as competitive. Their pricing is generally better than 50% of the market but their shipping policy on new releases now means paying for shipping to get a game release on date, which in turn increases the cost of the game and in most cases nullifies any saving. Customer service is very good but they are tied by their companies law, which in my opinion is what has stifled them.”

“well, i received my game, prey, however the bonus content code had already been redeemed. they offered me a refund or replacement but the hassle would be too much.”
