“Had no problems with their DVDs or CDs in the past, but everytime I buy an electrical product (like headphones) they don't work properly. Doesn't matter if it's wired or wireless, it's the same issue. Their online service is rubbish as well. Orders usually take over a week to arrive. HMV as a whole is only good if your buying DVDs or CDs in the shop, whhich let's be honest isn't really the thing to do in 2022, proof once more that we don't really need this company nowadays. Shop around online for better quality and results.”

“Received my order, unfortunately the case was damaged, after contacting customer service l was told in order to get a replacement l had go to my local HMV (a store 60 mile round trip) which kinda makes nonsense of using HMV online especially with the current Covid situation - makes Amazon look great - very poor online service”
