“I chose hifix.co.uk from a link on the Denon website because it stated the item I wanted was in stock. Over 24 hours after placing the order and the money taken from my account I was informed that they didn’t actually have the unit in stock and were waiting for information from Denon.
I have had to chase them several times to be told I should receive the unit 7 days after initially expecting it. Especially when I paid the extra for 24hour delivery.”
