Hi all I had my holiday cancelled re COVID as expected not a problem. I was given a credit note to spend before the end of the year again this is not a problem. The problem is I cant use it to book online. The holiday advertised once you click through get message that it not available and to call 0345 604 3881. You are not able to put any credit note number in to use against the holiday that I can see , please correct me if I am wrong You call the number and get message that all operators are busy and to book online. Has anyone actually got through on the number given and spoken to someone as sounds like they are avoiding 121 contact with customers to refund or re-book if they already have your money. Please Hoseasons you are welcome to comment ?

Who is better company hoseasons or haven. Definitely haven without a doubt. Watch they dont pinch all your customers.

Why can I not contact you by phone email facebook, I should have been on holiday with you yesterday but I have been trying to contact you every way possible and had no response. I needed information from you so I could travel and I was unable to get through to you so I could not go. You are a disgusting company who are only interested on new bookings for 2020 and 2021. Once you have got the booking you do not give a dam about your clients because your ridiculous cancellations allow you to RIP people of and you have a cheek to charge for insurance. You are not getting another penny out of me and you have ruined your company because if not answering the phone because nobody will book with again because you have given yourself a bad reputation. Have you not heard in business customers always first because without them you are nothing Diane France. You will probably even ignore this. You deserve to go into liquidation because of the way you have treated your cystomers and ruined there holidays.

I have conformation on a booking for October. paid with a voucher. from hoseasons. why is the accommodation still showing as available on the dates I have booked it?

WHERE,IS THE MONIES owed to 1,000s of Customers,whom have had their money.Illegally and Unlawfully abstracted,with you counting I'll gotten gains.Whilst, everyone else is trying to,help one another, through Covid 19.Return,all monies duly owed,you CROOKS.
