I ordered 2 products, the day after it said they were out of stock. So i waited 2 weeks now and they are still out of stock... I don't think I'm ever going to see these products. The customer service gives shitty replies, they say I just have to wait. I asked for a refund because it was a lot of money, but I will not get my money back. :(

I placed an order with HQ Hair over a month ago and have yet to recieve it. I notified customer service about the order, and recieved an email saying that they would investigate. If you are thinking about ordering from this company "BEWARE" they are ripping people off. You will not receive your order nor will your money be refunded.

Order not received - still awaiting a refund or delivery three months later. The document you have to submit to them regarding the lost delivery cannot be uploaded and all uploads 'fail'. They have created this system for themselves to keep your money - I think it is a scam ad I am going to report this to trading standards.

Very bad company, shipping took a long time to delivery, and customer service is bad in dealing with the solution of the problem, and after a long wait I got the shipment damaged.

Exactly as others have said. This company cheats. No product - ordered six weeks ago, no tracking - stupid form that fails to load - no valid response. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal and can open a dispute. Don’t buy from them!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID The way they treat you is disgusting, refuse to take a complaint 7 days after payment still no dispatch so I asked for refund because they state (and obviously they are lying) they will definitely dispatch within 24 hrs and they refuse to give my money back I want a refund and they refuse go to Trusted companies NOT THESE THIEVES AND LIERS AND ABUSIVE people stay well away from this company they treat you like dirt, very aggressive and intimidating all I want is the money back now they refuse sending goods and money and you can't do a thing because you CAN'T CALL them all of the good reviews I can say for certain they are fake, but please ignore this review if you want to get oppressed and shirt taken from your back Happy shopping with hq hair

Purchased a Parlux hairdryer with a 12 month warrenty. It broke within 9 months. They sent me literally around the globe to a countless number of companies to try replace my hairdryer which by law only hq hair are accountable for the replacement as they are a recognised seller for the brand. The responsibility is in their hands. I have received the worst experience I've ever had with their customer service. Very missleading and unhelpful trying to sort out an ongoing issue from over 5 months ago. Still no answer... Do not rexommend.

I was overcharged and contact them four times through their message center. All four agents replied but didn't answer my questions directly. They avoided to tell the customer the truth about the transaction and tried to cover up their mistakes. I was furious the last time I used the online chat with Agent Macey. 1) She said my products was in the exclusion list, then she sent a link. But the brand was not on that list. 2) She said I needed to address the overcharge problem on the day I purchase the products, not now. I asked her to show me this policy. She shut down the chat window without solving the problem! So rude and dishonest! 3) Then I tried another Agent Hollie, I guess as I showed her my order number, she used the automatic message, something like I'm still in line waiting. if I didn't response, she'll close the window. I replied back every time I saw it. But she didn't reply and close the window as well. Warning: Never buy anything from it. There are better websites out there.

Beware the non-existent offers! I’ve used this company for a while due to the good product range, reasonable prices and fairly swift delivery, however will be going elsewhere from now on. When placing my most recent order, I attempted to use the offer code provided to receive an additional discount but was informed as my products were already discounted, this offer would not apply in this case. This was perfectly reasonable but as I went to check out, I was advised that if I spent an additional £24 I would qualify for a ‘mega bundle’ worth £90. This seemed like a great deal so I duly spent the extra money to receive the deal advertised. I was very disappointed to receive my items without said ‘mega bundle’ as stated. I contacted the live chat and received a series of barely intelligible messages that I could not really make sense of plus an offer of a £5 discount and was informed that I would be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours. 2 days later I received a telephone call from service advisor Alan who, though perfectly pleasant and polite, patronisingly explained that it was my ‘interpretation’ of the offer that was to blame. Not anywhere were any terms or conditions of this offer listed, simply my eligibility for the offer. I am not unintelligent (I have 2 degrees) and resented being spoken to like an idiot. I was offered a £15 discount but as I am currently being treated for cancer, do not really need any further stress in my life so have decided to dispense with the services of HQ hair in future.

They sent me my order overseas without securing product. Half order leaked n no product left. Been trying to get my refund for 3 weeks and they keep stringing me along. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS

Don't be fooled by the flashy site, this company seems to be run out of somebodys basement. Received incorrect items with several items missing that I had been charged for still. Have sent twitter messages, facebook messaes, emails and mesasges through their site trying to resolve the issue but zero response. Tried to return the items but there are no return information listed on their website at all and says to contact them for a return. However, they don't reply to anything so how can you? Simple answer is it's a tactic to prevent you from returning anything so that they don't have to give a refund. If they manage to ignore you for 14 days then say you are out of time to return. If you pay with credit card or paypal your only option is to open a dispute. Disgusting company, take a look at all the bad reviews and take your custom elsewhere.

I bought a hair dryer from Hqhair.com, I'm from U.S., when it arrived I realized that was UK power plug and most importantly the product was 220v. I sent them a message, and shipped the product. Unfortunately as they are based in UK the postage was U$ 50.00. I contacted them to reimburse also the postage since it costs 50% of the product value. They are not willing to do so, even more the product has already arrived in their facility for over a week and I haven't received even the agreed product value reimbursement.

I bought a hair dryer at hqhair.com, I'm from U.S., when the product arrive, I realize the power plug was from U.K. and more importantly the product was 220Voltage. So, I contact the website for return and them I sent the product and I shipped it back to them. Only detail was that I had to pay for postage (around U$50.00) which represent 50% of the product value. Asked them to reimburse the postage also, since their website didn't have the voltage and that the product was shipped from UK. Tried several times to contact their support but they are not willing to resolve the issue. They have received the product back and I didn't even receive the refund from the product neither the postage.

Incorrect Items Twice: On the first of April 2023, I ordered the ELEMIS SUPERFOOD pack (3 products). I received the package few days later. They sent me the incorrect products, what made me go to the Post Office in working hours in order to return the products. They attempt to send them to me for the second time and to my surprise, they sent me the same incorrect items. I could not believe it. They confirmed that they will refund the cost of the postages as they were the ones sending the incorrect products. I received the first refund for the postage in April, however, the amount for the second postage for returning the incorrect items received, has not been paid. I have been dealing with this issue since April, and I believe I have been extremely patience. I have never expected to experience this appalling service. They have been providing the same canned responses confirming the amount paid sending back the incorrect products for the second time was already sent on the 17th of July 2023. After requesting new payment methods, today 6th of September, they confirmed to me the below information: Thank you for getting in touch regarding order. I am very sorry for the issues on this order, I have spoken to our finance team and unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund for the postage fees any further. So, they have been lying to me all the way along.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Website states delivery 2-3 days (you pay for delivery). Still no sign of order after 3 weeks. Refund denied. Apparently company doesn't refund until after 30 days, by which time I would have moved house
