“Where is my order ? You emailed and said I would have it on December 6 th ! Order # 354165904”

“Order placed 3 weeks ago and the good are still not dispatched. I've raised 2 support tickets both with generic responses and I"m unable to raise a third because they have a technical issue with their recaptcha stopping the log in page from working. Without live chat or an email address i'm not sure whether I'll ever receive the good or a refund.”

“Damaged item and absolute farce trying to arrange a refund. It’s impossible to email/call customer care as they force you to use the app which is not compatible with an ipad”
