I purchased a number of items specifically for a birthday and ordered in good time with the next day delivery to store expectation as displayed on their website, unfortunately 8 days later, despite Joules acknowledging and confirming the order, nothing has arrived, and after speaking to their alleged Customer service agents on 4 occasions, nothing has happened other than "We will be in touch with you" "Management are looking into it" etc etc, obviously nobody contacts me or responds in any way.

Horrible customer service; Can never reach them by phone, by chat or by email. I paid for extra delivery for a pair of boots. I never got them and nobody is getting back to me despite my numerous attempt.

Order went in 24th Nov now 9th Dec. Money taken, no delivery. No customer service replies and no phone. My advice avoid.
